B is for Brazil Nut and Tomato Burgers

Yum! From The Vegan Diet by David Scott and Claire Golding.

They were really easy to make, basically fry onions and garlic, mix with chopped tomatoes, chopped brazil nuts and bread crumbs. I blended them all together in the food processer. They don’t need cooking and taste good cold or hot (I warmed them in the microwave).
