Why do we eat?

Filed under: Food, Health — Cat @ 10:53 am

Hang on a minute, I just need move these chocolates further away…

  1. I eat because I am reminded how good something tastes. When I am hungry I think about food and when I think about food I remember how good it tastes and then I want to eat. If I am not hungry I dont think about food and then I dont feel like eating. Obvious?

  2. When I am hungry I think about food and when I think about food I remember how good it tastes and then I want to eat. By the time I am thinking about food, it is hard to think of to much else. If I am not hungry I dont think about food and then I dont feel like eating. Obvious? I guess as the article states, we dont all think alike. (I am somewhat normal in my weight)

  3. You are very lucky to still be tuned into your body and not tempted to eat food just because it is there.
